  5. A statement that the material is used without authorization;
  6. A statement that the information provided is accurate and the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If your material is taken down due to a copyright claim, you can send a counter notification to have it restored. The notification must include:

  1. Your signature;
  2. Description of the material and its original location;
  3. A statement that the material was removed by mistake;
  4. Your name, address, and consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court.
